I ask to be enrolled as a candidate for the Sacrament of Confirmation. I promise to do my best to attend

all the preparation sessions and celebrations.  I ask for the prayers and example of my parish community,

to encourage me to live as a follower of Jesus, and be a faithful witness to the Gospel message.
